Deng Wei is a Chinese retired weightlifter. She is an Olympic Champion, five-time World Champion and Asian Champion. She competed in the 58 kg and 63 kg categories until 2018 and 64 kg starting in 2018 after the International Weightlifting Federation reorganized the categories. She achieved Olympic and World Weightlifting dominance, matching records and outlifting competitors by significant margins.

My right Ankle seems to getting better since I'm doing the BAT of last week, I combine that with the inner thighs work and the internal rotation one and everything seems to work just great. My shoulders and chest start to get more mobile and I can get into a much more comfortable position on the squat. My knees are most of the times pain free just when I jump a lot I have 1/10 of pain on my patella but 0 pain on my MCL. I'm so grateful I would like to hug you hahahaha.
I had been lifting for about 5 years before joining the Venus Platinum community. As a CrossFitter since few years, I already tried to lift barbell without really good techniques and enjoy it. But after 13-week, I really understand the movements and feel a real difference.
To be honest, I'm a bit afraid that I won't like this style of training at the beginning. Recently, I realize that I'm really in love with it! The program is very easy to follow and basically suitable for everyone!!

A: After you purchase a program or sign up for a team through Train Heroic, download the app, then "Setting" - "My Training". Your purchased programs and teams will be listed there. If you have problems with the APP, you can contact Train Heroic support.
A: For the moment, it doesn't contain any certification. However, we believe many information shared in this program can be directly used in your coaching and help you design the program accordingly. We will recommend any coaches who are interested in Chinese Olympic Weightlifting to give a try!
A: You could add active recover day, but we strongly recommend not adding tough trainings. The program is basically 3 sessions per week, however, those three days are very intensive both physically and mentally as you will be performing new lifts and techniques. You will need the days in between for recovery.
