This program aims to empower individuals to attain personal records in both snatch and clean & jerk disciplines. It is particularly well-suited for novice weightlifters or individuals engaged in CrossFit training .

2-Day Seminar

In addition to the one-day seminar, participants will benefit from extended dedicated sessions for practical application, targeted weightlifting accessory movements, strategies for enhancing body alignment, and insights into overcoming plateaus for experienced lifters. Individuals at any skill level, including beginners aspiring to commit to serious weightlifting training, are warmly invited to join.
